If your life has been disrupted by a leak, flood, or other events that have left your home with water damage, Pro Clean Restoration can help get your life back to normal.
A burst pipe or a sudden storm can devastate a family home or local business. A flood--even a small one--can damage floors, walls, furniture, and valuable family heirlooms. Left untreated, water damage may even penetrate into structural supports and create incredibly dangerous hazards for you, your family, or your customers.
Depending on what type of water has flooded your home or business, there may be other dangers. Blackwater, for instance, has a high potential to contain bacteria, feces, urine, mold, and other even more disgusting contaminants.

Our simple water restoration process will get your home back to normal in as little as 48-72 hours:
We begin with an inspection to determine the extent of the damage and what type of water has flooded your home. There are three grades of water:
White water is “clean” water. It could come from rains or a broken faucet pipe beneath your sink. Whitewater poses the least direct danger to you and your family.
Greywater is water “contaminated” by things like dishwashing, showering, and similar uses. Depending on the source, greywater may spread germs and other microbial organisms.
Blackwater is water that is linked in any way to the sewage system. Blackwater is extremely dangerous and will spread bacteria, disease, and microbes throughout your home.
As a water mitigation company, getting rid of the standing water in your home is one of our first priorities. To speed the drying process we use industrial wet/dry vacuums to get rid of most of the water.
Once we’ve removed all of the water, we’ll begin a drying process sped along by industrial fans. This will help prevent the spread of mold. When that’s finished, we perform an extensive inspection of the carpet and carpet pads to ensure it was successful.
The next step is to remove all of the mold, mildew, smells, and other problems that water damage can cause. The first step is to sanitize the area and remove any mold or mildew that developed.
After that, we use commercial deodorizers to remove any lingering smells. We also sanitize the whole area to ensure that no germs or microbes remain after we’re finished.
